Oh hello there.
I’ve always had a thing for storytelling.
I got my BA in English Literature from the George Washington University and worked as a production assistant on a major motion picture. That didn’t work out as planned, so I drove to Chicago and enrolled in General Assembly. And I fell in love with telling stories through design.
I’ve been working ever since as a design consultant at Tandem, a software consultancy that specializes in human-centered design and development. I’ve worked on a variety of projects ranging from a redesign of Michigan’s paper application for benefits to a mobile application that helps disabled people navigate public spaces to a desktop application that helps clinicians pinpoint where seizures originate in the brain. All in all, I care about creating things that help people.
When I’m not glued to my computer, you can find me finessing my capsule wardrobe, devouring a feminist novel, binge-watching old movies, or lounging with my cat, Lucille.
